Rule 10
Any time you multiply by 10 you simply add on a 0 to the next spot over.
10 x 10 = 10 + 0 = 100
10 x 8 = 8 + 0 = 80
22 x 10 = 22 + 0 = 220
Also the multiples of 10 will ALWAYS end in 0. No matter what.
WORD PROBLEM: There are 6 groups of 10 kids on the field trip. How many kids went on the field trip all together?
